Enjoyed our stay, it's great value. The property was fairly clean and fabulous and the location was great and lovely. The staff were honest, we had a quick check in and an easy check-out. It was neat and updated by toilets flushing in adjacent or above bedroom, good enough for short stay. The private parking was close to the hotel, exceptional service.
Facilities were excellent, even so Wi-Fi was terrible.

Had a fantastic stay for 2 nights. I had double room with windows overlooking the sea and very comfy bed. All food at the full Scottish breakfast was well presented. Great and lovely location for everything I needed. Fast food restaurant Mr Nicks was 500 metres away from the place.

I have stayed here before, great value. The venue is 1st class, spotlessly clean and the location is peaceful next to also is where the entrance is to the Royal Yacht Britannia, other parts of Eastern Edinburgh and the public transport. Staff is very hard working and you can park your car off site.

Considering other options in Edinburgh this one is great value. The breakfast with toast and croissants, for example is generous for what is offered. The location is top and they have parking off site. There's Mr Nicks serving quick orders a few steps away from the hotel.
